Q&A

I genuinely care about people and I enjoy helping them solve their problems. I’m always honest with our members, with the goal of helping them as best as I can. And if there’s something that I just do not know, I’m never afraid to let them know that I need to do some research before giving them advice.

The smile on their face when their problem has been solved. Nothing feels better than helping them get their home comfortable once again. The relief they feel and expressions of gratitude make my job thoroughly enjoyable.

Take your time and never be afraid to ask for help. You just might surprise yourself with how much you can do without needing to hire a professional. But if you do need a little advice, that’s what we are here for! Video chat with myself or one of my teammates to help you get that project done.

Safety is the most important aspect of DIY projects. If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable doing something, then step back, and take a moment and find a way to do it safely. Do some research, ask for some help, and make sure you have the right tools for the job.

Always try and see if you can do it yourself first. Nothing feels better than completing a home repair project. Just be sure to do it safely! And we are happy to help you get it done.

On several occasions I have been able to solve problems that other technicians could not. One older lady had an air conditioner that was constantly breaking down, due to bad advice given to her by friends and other tradesmen. For years her system was breaking down, costing her tons of money and discomfort, and she was at her wits end and overwhelmed with emotion. I took the time to listen to her, talk her through the problems, and fixed the issue permanently. She was completely overjoyed and embraced me in a warm hug. Her sincere appreciation is a memory I’ll always cherish.
